The mission of the Company is to build a profitable, biopharmaceutical company focused on discovering, developing and marketing products to treat metabolic and endocrine disorders.

To achieve our mission, the near and mid term goals are:

 Advance the clinical development of DG3173 for the treatment of agromegaly and diabetic retinopathy. The program has recently completed a phase I clincal trial.

Build a sustainable clinical pipeline from two sources:

1. Internal products, such as for example a novel class of insulin sensitizers for the treatment of type 2 diabetes and a growth factor targeting beta cell regeneration for the treatment of type 1 and type 2 diabetes.
